• 1. Draw A Spaceman and Out of this World promotion (the “Promotion”) and the Competition are open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man of any age except employees of Countryside Properties (the “Promoter”) and its affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone connected with the Promotion or Competition
• 2. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted.
• 3. The closing date for receipt of gallery entries for Out of this World is Sunday 29th April at 12 midnight. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date.
• 4. All entries are to be made via www.outofthisworld.co.uk and all entrants must provide their full name and valid email address for the entry to be valid.
• 5. More than one entry can be made, but must be under the same name and email address.
• 6. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any late or lost entries.
• 7. The Competition opens on Tuesday 10th April and closes April 29th (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Competition.
• 8. Each gallery entry will be moderated before being entered into the competition to ensure suitability to be viewed by all ages.
• 9. A shortlist of 10 entries will be selected and the winner will be decided by a judging panel consisting of the promoter and charity partner. Competition finalists will be announced directly on the drawaspaceman Facebook wall and contacted via email within 3 days of the competition closing. The winning entry will be chosen and notified within 7 days of the competition closing. In the event that a selected winner does not initially respond to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make a further attempt to contact such winner(s). If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 7 days of the Promoter’s initial contact that persons claim to the prize will be forfeited and another substitute winner will be selected.
• 10. The main winning entry will receive a new iPad 16GB plus 4G without a contract or data plan. It will be the responsibility of the winner to enable its 4G capabilities.
• 11. These terms and conditions and any dispute arising shall be governed by English law.
• 12. The decision by the Promoter is final in all matters relating to the Promotion and the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 13. Personal information provided to the Promoter may be for publicity purposes.
